Produced using a clean pyrolysis process from locally sourced timber, our biochar is raw (unactivated) and built for real-world soil restoration — farms, orchards, lifestyle blocks, commercial landscaping and regeneration projects.

    5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

    We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied:

    • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

    • Returns may be accepted for unopened, unused items only (unless faulty).

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is inspected.

    • Cancellations must be made before your order has shipped.

    Some items (e.g. custom orders or perishable goods) may not be eligible for return or refund.
